Omaat is the sacred greeting the ancient consciousness Min begins and concludes each transmission with, for through his perception we are all perfect and a blessing beyond measure and the term Omaat, when explained by Min embodies the key to our very existence. Min is an ancient Egyptian consciousness,who returned through the channel Jennifer Starlight in 2005, to this amazing and challenging time of our human evolution to assist us in the reawakening of our mastership. Min is an individual aspect within the Spiritual Brethren of the "Union of Love and Light" and wishes it to be known, that the ancient teachings are being transmitted from what he wishes to term as; The Invisible College.

Min, who also describes himself as a Master In Nature, has had a profound impact on many souls seeking truth and comfort and the teachings are based on how we can harness our human experiences and emotions, while also reawakening our natural connection to the invisible transformational forces of Earth's Elements and our Universe. Omaat, Omaat ...
Greetings fellow gods, we are simply here to reflect back to you what you often refuse to have reflected in yourselves; that is, your love,which is the core of your being.
Truth has never left you; you have simply decided to turn your back upon it. You have created great smoke screens in your minds, for the volcanoes of your hearts have been fuelled only by the air in your minds. The very love of the Mother and the sacred waters within you, as souls, has appeared to have dried up and many consciousnesses feel they are in a desert, lifeless, and never-ending. This is the land of the destructor god; this is the land many of you find yourselves in now, seeing nothing, but the harshness and the destruction that you have created. Not knowing where the life spring of love may be found in such a vast, dry, lifeless place. The balance of fire and water is now to be restored, so the love of your soul can flow over the vastness of the desert within, allowing you to create, and enjoy, but for this to happen, your divine will must first be awoken.

Within you are all the elements: your fire is the expression of your heart, and depending on your thoughts, these can either nourish or destroy your experience of love. The element of your air is the expression of your mind and its thoughts, which is constantly changing direction, blowing strongly with negative thoughts through your heads and whispering love in your more quiet times. The great waters of your feelings, which is how your soul communicates to you, has up till this point, in many, been dammed up. It is time to allow the waters of your living to flow, to balance the fire of your heart and the air in your mind, so all these elements shall then nurture the expression of your earth, that being the bones of your physical body. You see the correlation? You have been told that to feel is bad; and in response to this belief you have had bad feelings about not wanting to feel bad! You have judged your feelings and hence created negative emotions. Now understand this: your emotions are birthed from your mind and what you think, your feelings are birthed from your soul and what you truly know within- do you see the difference? You can only know through feeling, not thinking, so when you have a thought and you create an emotion you attach yourself to that emotion and believe you are that emotion:' I am sad, I am angry, I am confused.'

You need to reprogram how you think, you need to be saying 'I am experiencing sadness, or I am experiencing grief, or I am experiencing anger, or I am experiencing happiness, or I am experiencing jealousy'. Whatever the emotion, it is simply an experience that flows like a stream through your being. However, when you truly feel from your soul which, by the way, is your greatest friend and truest guide, for it is the voice of your spirit not the voice of your mind; your life-force is enhanced and expanded. Now here is the thing; in your feelings there is also grief, there is also sadness, for as a soul, you grieve for the souls of this earth, and you wish to have conscious reunion with many souls. However, that grieving may we say, has never been attached to the archetype of victim; only the emotions created by your mind can carry that one. Your soul has never felt a victim; your soul has waited patiently for you to remember it and to realize it is the very core of your being, which is connected to your spirit. And we have explained this another way; imagine your spirit is a huge mother ship out in the great void of space, and it has sent a space pod, the soul, to travel far into the unknown universe. The soul has travelled greatly, away from its mother ship, and it believes it has lost contract with its mother ship. It hasn't; and we are here to assist you to reconnect with the mother ship of your spirit. For no soul in any time or space has travelled this far before from its mother ship, so you believe you are lost souls, "where are we, and where is the god of our being? We have travelled to the ends of the universe." The god of your being, the love of your spirit, the divine will of you, wishes to shower you with grace, for you have allowed god and your soul, to experience what it has not experienced before. And the further you separated yourself from your mother ship, the frailer you believed you became; hence, the human body was created. But in that courage of you the soul, and that fire of you the spirit, you have travelled to a place that the god of your being has not ever experienced before, in such a vessel as the human being. You all started, shall we say, as vessels of great light, and you have been told of your angels and your masters; well you were that. That's exactly how you transformed yourselves when you first left the mother ship, or the spirit of your being, and you were as you would term, in your human perception angels, you were all angels.

You continued to travel through the universe, moving further, consciously, from your spirit, as all awakened masters; All of you. Then you decided through your own divine will, through your passion, to discover more. You eventually came to this place, earth, firstly as a consciousness of the elements, and any of you, who are now in the human suit, have pushed the experience of separation further. Wanting to know more, wanting to go deeper into the experience of moving further from the spirit; from where we sit, you have created something beyond even the consciousness of god. You have created the greatest mystery seen or experienced by spirit, and you now wish to push yourselves even further, as the pioneers of what shall be the New World. You, now, are here to remember and reawaken within the biological bodies of god, the remembrance of who it truly is as source. You are connecting the dots and source shall consciously wake up within you. Do you understand what we're saying? Do you understand that when you consciously remember, reawaken and reconnect to the spirit of your being your human suit shall take on another transformation? You have seen, through who you term your yogis, those that can live on air, and on very little food, but they have had to maintain that by remaining still and in a trance state. What they were doing is consciously reconnecting to their spirit, changing the very cellular make up of their bodies. We are asking you to take it a step further; once you reconnect the whole of your biological systems with the god of your being, your biological brain shall open to such light that you shall heal spontaneously any illness within your bodies. You are god, why should you not do this?

So firstly, to reconnect to this, you must remember you came here purposefully to be destructor gods, and you must allow the chaos of that energy to release itself now. So as you stand in the desert looking at the devastation, take responsibility for what you have created, and thank it. For each of you is at a crossroads, each of you has been trying to busy yourselves to keep your consciousness off one thing: "Why am I truly here?" "What is my true soul purpose?" "What is my passion?" and all you are seeing in front of you is a desert, are you not? "I don't know which way to go" "I don't know who I am," "What am I to do?" You must tap in to this, the sacred chalice of your soul, allow the depth of feelings, not the surface of emotion, but the depth of feelings, to rise up, and then it shall be drawn to you, whatever your soul is meant to be doing .And there is fear of: "does that mean I have to lose what I have? Do I lose my job? Do I lose my house? Do I lose my partner? Do I lose my family? You shall not lose them, however you may decide to release them with great love and tenderness.

Everything you require as god shall be brought to you. But we cannot do this for you, and we must say there is one ingredient you need to attain this goal and that is the deep burning desire to stop your suffering. The burning desire to be your authentic pure selves, with no fear of what anybody thinks, and with no need to know what is around the corner. And many of you are nearly there, and you say: 'But Min what do I do with this burning desire?' You give the god of your being, which is love, permission to show you. It is a force inside of you. It is a power that sits here (points to heart) that many of you have feared. For you have all had the experience of abusing your power. You have all been in wars and killed and maimed and raped, but you have judged that. Do not judge it; see it simply as an experience you chose to have as a destructor god. It is time to awaken, but only you can do it. We can lead you there, we can coax you, we can love you, we can tell you many different ways - but you, as god, must do it yourselves, and we can feel the anticipation within your solar plexus.

Here is the perfect answer to the perfect question. The perfect question being; "Who am I?"This is the perfect question which the god of your being asked, which sent you on this journey, this incredible journey through time, through space, through dimensions until you find yourselves here now. The answer to the question "Who am I?" is: I am all things; I am All of Existence, experiencing myself as I choose. There is no judgment in that, for that is what you are, but deeper than that, you are a mystery unto yourselves. Dive deep into the mystery for it is the mystery, it is the desire to know and to experience, and that allows eternity to keep moving towards that which does not exist as yet. Do you understand? Your soul definitely does. You have a choice now: to stay in your mind you shall suffer greatly and we honor that, but your soul has brought you here, today, begging for you to listen; and how you listen is through feeling. Feeling is your greatest guide and friend. It is your angel, and it is your master. As we have said, this idea, this notion of ascension, of enlightenment, in truth is a trick of the mind, to keep you outside of yourselves. You are already there! You are that which you seek. Stop looking out there in others, everything you require is here now. And we have said this to you before: god is with you as you, no matter what you think and god is with you, as you, no matter what you feel.

We wish to tell you a little trick if you like of how to allow your soul to awaken. If you truly wish to see, close your eyes; if you truly wish to hear, close your ears; if you truly wish to know, close your mouths; for you are seeking, outside of yourselves. Just sit there now, consciously closing your eyes. Just allow whatever you see in your mind to be perfect. Do not judge it, and as you have your eyes closed, I would like you to focus your energy on the opposite side of the room. Focus on another being on the opposite side of the room, and see them with closed eyes. See deeper, deeper... now close your ears and just hear the sound of your heart....... stop the inner voice of the head, stop it speaking... and listen to the soul, what does it have to say?

What's Behind the Mirror ~ Part One~ 23rd May 2010

Omaat, Omaat, Omaat... precious souls, beautiful hearts...

Good morning to each and every one of you and good morning to those who have come to open themselves, their hearts and their souls, not just to us but to one another and to yourselves, that is the most important thing. And we wish to start this morning with some sound and we wish to make you feel this sound, for sound is before form, sound is before thought, sound is before emotion and the sound we shall all make this morning is Omaat... and we tell you why. "Om" as you know, you believe to be the sound you hear running through your universe... "Maa" dear ones is before sound, it is the great mother, it is the womb, it is the void and the "t" on the end of Omaat has been the time capsule you have all been experiencing through your ego minds... so Omaat is the sound of the universe, the masculine force experiencing itself, the "Maa" is where the "Om" has been birthed from, the sacred womb of silence and the Mother... and the "t"...(pauses to welcome latecomers) come in, they come still... and may we say that will continue to open if you choose to close it brother (pointing to door) but do not bother for there shall be many coming in to witness this Omaat, for what you are doing consciously is understanding and moving past, not just your experiences as souls, as God, but by singing out the "Maa" you are in truth invoking the "Maa" within you.

And we wish you to honor the time frame in which you have placed yourselves, within the illusion of time, for it has allowed the consciousness of God to fragment itself and look upon itself as you look upon one another... so we would like you to close your eyes for a moment... for we need to get the energy moving in this sacred circle, this organism of your original source, for that is what you are here for... to remember the original source of your being and we are sure you have all sounded Om at some point in your experience, so when we count to three we wish you simply as a group consciousness to sound "Om" and we shall assist you... so we ask that you take a breath, your eyes closed so you may swim in the sound bath you shall create... one, two, three...

What you are declaring dear ones is that you are a universal blessing unto yourself and unto all consciousness in all realms... you are declaring that you are the male and the female... you are declaring that you have decided to put yourself into a time capsule such as this of illusion... but we now tell you this; the "t", the time, is up, and we do not have to tell you how quickly it has been running through your lives, running through your veins... many of you are feeling older than you did probably even a week ago for you are releasing the time capsules of judgment from your very cells of your bodies. But when you look within the mirror what is the first thing you do? You make a judgment. When you look in your mirror you make a judgment based on the master of the time capsule which is your ego! For you required the ego to experience separation, to experience time, to experience cycles of dark and light, of warm and cold within your seasons, of sadness of joy, everything has been split within your consciousness but that was how it was meant to be.

Now you are coming into where you are dropping the "t" off the Omaat and you are simply experiencing your experiences which is your "om" which is your movement through the universe, but also there is the stillness of the "Maa" the sacred silence from where you were created. Understand this black ray called the "maa" is your home and you have all been home sick, but it is not about going through your life and death cycle to go back to the "Maa", it is about you as God waking up to the fact that you created the time capsule and now you are willing to relinquish it. You have all had the experience of limitation of time have you not? That is what has created your disease and your deaths... however, now you are being asked to drop the "t" and become the "om" and become the "maa" become the silence and the stillness... while in the busyness of your experiences... but in truth you trick yourselves... you are not becoming the stillness and the silence, you already are that or you could not exist.

You are like deep space that appears not to move, that is like a black ray of such vastness and such beauty that has no end to it, and dotted through that blackness, through that eternal space of nothing are stars and those stars are your heart chakras, those stars are you experiencing yourselves and that creates then light, do you understand what we say? The foundation of you, is vast nothingness, silence and space, and each experience you have may as well be a star in the sky for you have all had billions of experiences and will continue too. So you are all stars, but you have stopped there looking for the light, shining the light, searching for the light, searching for stars in other beings through your relationships, looking in the mirror trying to find a star and a bright light, and when you have not seen a bright light within the ego mind of your consciousness you have judged yourselves. So your star has become dim and you believe you are alone, for you are focusing on you as a dull star, and not looking around at the trillions of stars all around you having the same experience. That is why you have felt so alone, but now it is time to look around you and see the brightness of others as there is brightness in you, but to look even past that and see the vast landscape of nothing that allows you to create anything you choose in any moment you choose it. There have been many surprises for source, for the creator God, whatever you choose to call it, for whatever you call it is an aspect of you and we choose to call it Love, for God has been given a bad name. Many are angry at God, but in truth you are angry at yourselves, so God if you choose, the Goddess, whatever you choose to call it, was even surprised in its experience of itself as you, for we have said before, you are the only consciousness in truth to create time and you are the only consciousness to create heaven, but the reason you have done that is because you have created it. And we will continue to say this; when you create from your heart you are in heaven, when you destroy or judge from your head you are in hell, it is your choice.

And many of you have one foot in each camp... many of you can feel the vibration and frequency of the new and many of you have a foot stuck in what you think is restriction and difficulty, sadness and frustration, how many here have a foot in each camp? How many are getting very angry? (Many hands go up) Well done. But you have been getting angry for you do not know where you are, for one moment you can wake up and you are in hell, and within 10 minutes you can be in heaven and then to hell and back, where do you think that came from? You are all in hell and back, hell and back, hell and back; now understand on the bigger cycle, hell and back meant hell here on Earth, death back into heaven, because when you left your physical vehicle, you had believed this physical biological being was floored, every time you looked in the mirror, it was filled with disease, it was filled with disgrace, it was filled with shame, whatever you choose, but in truth it was only filled with the judgment of yourselves not realizing that you are stars and beyond, that you are the pure manifestation and the consciousness of God and of love.

Why do you think you keep coming back? Does anybody know? We have told you before, you keep coming back here for you have created here, you have created hell, you have created heaven and you have created everything in between, this is your creation, this is your destruction, it is all yours. And to blame another now, will see you manifest and experience very serious illness very quickly and how many are seeing people almost waking up dead? If not waking up dead, for understand you are never dead and when we say waking up dead you simply wake up out of your human suit. Many shall be experiencing this and many more shall be doing the same, for understand time is up, finished, gone. It is time for you to become timeless, to become that space of grace that may manifest and create whatever it chooses at any moment it chooses it. If you could see how we see you, you would be standing in front of your mirrors 24/7, you would be in such awe of yourselves, and you would be fixed, rendered speechless and helpless and paralyzed in the sight of love. Each and every one of you, if you decided to look in the mirror from your heart, you would require nothing, you would require no experience, other than the eternal experience of seeing yourselves as love. You see, they are bashing down the door to come in (more people enter), for understand all eyes are on you, for many are here to witness you as God falling in love with itself once more, that is ultimately your journey as a human being; is to fall madly, passionately, eternally in love with yourself. But the powerless ones in your religions have been very tricky indeed, and we do not need to go on with the stories of who they have propped up in front of you, telling you the only way to love is through one of a hundred gurus, one of a hundred saints, angels, masters, it does not matter. Jesus came here and looked into your eyes and fell hopelessly paralyzed in love with what he saw, for he could only see love and you call that a miracle, but we call it the basic principle of all life, of all existence; do you understand what we say?

How many here today are feeling much anxiousness within their solar plexus as we speak this? There is so much judgment jammed in there, within your biological cells, you have forgotten the truth of what you are, which is love, and we are here to assist you to break free out of these conditions that you have had placed upon you. And as we have said to Starlight, this timeless eternal place that we are in with you today, as one organism, is about communion with you and that is our greatest joy to commune with you, so we have a question?

My question is about my husband Bill... he has an amorism in his aorta which is the big artery that comes from the heart and it goes right down to somewhere at the top of his legs... and I would like to know what caused it, and how long it's been there and whether it's going to affect him and if there's anything I can do to help make it go away?

How old is this being?

It has been there a long time dear one; it has been there possibly what you would term 10 – 12 of your years, what happened for him at that time?

Well, he's had a rough ride all his life... I can't really think.

Understand his heart sank, his heart sank, for he looked in the mirror one too many times and did not like what he saw, this in truth is the beginning of all your illness, for self judgment is an illness! But you are taught to judge yourself from very young ages, even in your kindergarten and in your playgrounds, and that is where many of you need to go back, to the source of the beginning of the judgment.

He needs to stand in front of his mirror and even though he does not believe it, begin to look into his own eyes and say "I Love you Bill". But we feel there will be resistance to this, and there is nothing to worry about for his physical being, but there is for his emotional one. He needs to drink water that has been energized by the sun, for understand, any heart condition at its core, relates to the sun. For as your heart pumps life force through your very veins, so the sun radiates life force to all things upon your planet, and your heart chakras are directly connected ethereally with the sun. So if your heart chakras are spongy, are soft, are closed down, it will affect every other energy system within the body. He is blessed, for you with your knowledge shall be able to assist him, and he may appear to resist the energy to begin with, but we believe in secret he will go to the mirror.

This is all that matters, is what YOU think, what YOU feel.

Do you feel I'll get anything out of that?

Have you not got joy already? Follow your excitement; understand this too, many of you are feeling extremes in excitement for no reason and anxiety for no reason. The foundation under either of these experiences is anticipation, anticipation of your next experience and anticipation in its purity, is life force,which is love, wishing to express itself. So your life force begins to rise within your biological and emotional bodies and within your mental bodies, but if you are, how shall we say, not centered within your heart and in confusion within your mind, you shall create not excitement but anxiety. So whenever you are feeling either of these emotions stop, feel the anticipation, take it deeper, feel the life force that is running through your veins that is simply looking for expression, and remember, life force dear ones is love, love is God, God is truth and that is what you are. Can you imagine from your mind telling God to stop, but that is what you do. When you go into fear, into anxiety, into stress, into confusion, into frustration, in truth you are saying 'Go away God, I am pushing you down, I do not need you' and that is how you have ended up with your illness's also, you have judged what you think God should look like.

Well you are all God,so look beyond what you judge in the mirror to find what you are seeking.

~Questions on Anxiety~

Question; Min, I have been experiencing a lot of nausea and anxiety here (points to solar plexus) and I don't know what to do.

Min; This is literally your soul screaming at you dear one and this is a great challenge for your heads. Your soul is the best friend you have, it is your guide, it is your compass and it knows exactly what you need to be doing in any given moment.And in what you term your New World, you shall live your life by your souls, by your feelings, your discomfort in truth is your God Self stirring through the divine intelligence of your soul, which resides if you like energetically within the region of the solar plexus. So meditate, but do not divert yourself with images and voices, for you are here to reawaken the God Self and the God Self is always re-awoken in silence. Your symptoms are the force of God, which is love, wishing to awaken within your biological body. Do you understand?

Min; Your question is; Who am I ?

Yes! (laughter from audience) Why am I here? Who am I ?

Min; We just want you to sit and take a deep breath into your heart chakra, take that question from your head and place the question,Who am I? in your heart.....feel the answer.......and we can see the answer energetically.....you can not speak it can you,how does it feel?

Question; How can we move forward and leave our anxiety behind us?

Min; Omaat dear one, the best way to move forward is to move inwards and we know that scares many.......so how do you do this? How do you go within? What is in here (points to solar plexus) may feel overwhelming and confusing to begin with and that is exactly why we have come at this time, to guide you and show you how to do this. And how you do this is through 3 keys and the 3 keys are Solitude, Attitude and Gratitude. The first key, Solitude, means to sit alone to be alone, to be in silence, to be in a sacred space, so then you may allow the second key, your Attitudes to arise into your awareness. Your attitudes towards yourself and towards others, allow these to bubble up, for the more you push down what you have denied and repressed, the more likely you shall create disease,confusion and war in your experience. Witness your attitudes and emotions, do not judge them, initiate the third key of Gratitude, thank your fears,your doubts, your stress and anxiety, for in truth they are divine messengers alarming you to where you have disconnected yourself from your Heart and Soul. It is time to cease the illusion of separation for this is the foundation of all your suffering.

How do we safely embrace fear?

Min; By simply feeling it dear one, not by pushing it down, not by putting it in a box with a mental story, for fear always stands as the guardian to the gateway of Love. Fear has been designed in a sense for this realm, to give you a contrast on what fear is and what love is. And because you have disconnected yourselves (as a mass consciousness) to such a degree from the love that is you, fear has come to serve you, for fear actually loves you and its job is to guide you back home into love and into truth.

~Questions on Ascension~

Question; Min, are we going to ascend and how do we do that?

Min; There is nowhere to ascend too dear one, and this is what we say to each of you; Do you understand the mastership it takes for God to be in a human suit? You have been told that you are less than the spiritual masters,guides and angels. We now tell you the opposite: You are grand forces of spirit that have found the courage and the mastership to place yourselves into such a fragile and vulnerable state as the human body.

O.K. but it feels too hard to be here sometimes, can't we find enlightenment another way?

Min; Of course you can dear one, however please remember you chose to be in this human suit, so you could evolve and expand your soul's experience and be an inspiration for those in Spirit choosing also to become human. Enlightenment, is no more than actually letting go of the identity of who you think you are. It is not about taking on an identity such as a guru, or a teacher or a saint. Enlightenment is the releasing of the idea and image you have constructed of yourself. And understand this; You, as God, in biological suits, have had the right to be angry, and many of you have had the right to be angry at God, but in truth you are angry at yourselves, for not awakening yourselves sooner. Does this assist you?

Yes Min, but how do we release who we think we are?

Min; You have all come into this dimension with a story, and you have all come in with archetypal energies or personalities and this has been a part of the process to discover what you are not. We are asking now, that if you drop what you seek as your identity, your personality, we promise you will discover that what is left is untouched by suffering; that what is left is the power you have been searching for outside of yourselves- that what is left is such a peace and a depth of knowing, that you have always known. It is present now, we can see it, but when you attach yourself to the story in your heads, and identify yourselves as something other than unknowable, you suffer. Remember, all of you, that in truth, you are a universal blessing, Omaat.

We can feel the burning in your hearts. Let it burn,it is the fire force of Source and of sacredness within you and all of creation.That burning is the flame of creation that burns inside of everything. And through fear you are trying to put it out.

You are coming into extremely tense times upon your planet,when only the truth shall remain; the truth of your existence as love. Any other false concept is going to put you into damage control, and most of humanity is already trying to control the damage that is now happening beyond their control."

"Hello Jennifer and Peter, I see that you are back in Australia now and I am looking forward to reading about your adventures, especially in Egypt.

I found my sessions with both Min and you to be so profound that it was necessary to listen to the CDs several times and each time I listened the cells in my body got stronger and stronger.

"Before Min came into my life I was a completely different person. Min has assisted me on a journey of transformation of remembering who I am. Everything is so SIMPLE.

I used to have problems with a person at work, however with my inner transformation she is still there but does not bother me anymore. My family gets caught up in their dramas but I am able to detach and yet still love them.

It feels so good to be the real me and responsible for my life, I have gained a lot of understanding and techniques through Min which enables me to return to self whenever drama comes up!

I now have the need to nurture myself and to feel good all the time..... to immerse myself in nature and to participate in activities that give me that feeling.
